Studies in the hospitality sector and the manufacturing sector in Canada, India, and Turkey show that, in general, empowering supervisory behaviors, such as transformational leadership, increase feelings of psychological empowerment of employees, both in turn having positive associations with valued individual work outcomes. Practical implications of these findings are offered. }, keywords = {Developing Countries,Employee empowerment,Human resource management}, url = {https://ijms.ut.ac.ir/article_59534.html}, eprint = {https://ijms.ut.ac.ir/article_59534_8a76356f30ee2d2993009b458e6a78bf.pdf} }
