Our main question is how to implement suggestion system in holding with conglomerate structure. The paper presents an innovative model that were named ITFSK Model with accordance of Bonayade Taavone (a holding that has many companies and institutions with conglomerate structure). ITFSK is a model that explains how participation management and suggestion system is implemented effectively in huge Enterprises (holding) and this approach brings continuous improvement (kaizen) and it impacts the productivity of these enterprises.
The paper is based on field research and the research in Bonyade Tavan that has 22 companies and 2 institutions that activity fields of the subholdings is very varied.

In this study, first we have used internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix for recognizing and comparing strengths and weaknesses (internal factors) of Bushehr export companies regarding participation in their target markets and then we have used external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix for recognizing and comparing opportunities and threats (external factors).

We believe the aesthetics of management is important, but little understood, aspect of organizational life. We propose that followers use their aesthetic senses in making these assessments.
In this article we try to discover the role of aesthetic in management and then try to find out the style of about 130 industrial and governmental top managers in Iran using some technique such as questionnaire and interview. Characteristics of leadership are functions of time and situation and differ in different cultures and countries. Managers of international organizations should obtain enough knowledge of these cultural characteristics and differences and should have the utmost versatility while executing their leadership tasks. In this paper we have conducted a survey of the relation between cultures and styles of leadership in different countries. At first characteristics of leadership are discussed in work oriented leadership paradigm and management regimes, in a number of different regions, including China, Japan, U.S.A, Europe, and Arab countries. We also discuss about cross-cultural leadership concept and its challenges. At the end, a comparative analysis is made over the various leadership styles.
