Examining The Components Of Organizational Attractiveness: An Employee Perspective

Abstract

This study investigates the key factors shaping organizational attractiveness towards the Information Technology sector in Bangalore, India. A multistage sampling technique is used to collect responses from a diverse sample from 20 IT software companies in Bangalore. The collected data underwent rigorous analysis using descriptive statistical techniques using the Statistical Programme for Social Sciences (SPSS 25.0). Furthermore, a factor analysis with Promax rotation was executed to extract and identify key factors contributing to organizational attractiveness. Findings presents that nine key factors significant towards organizational attractivenes. The results highlights that career growth opportunities (CGO), corporate social responsibility (CSR), flexible work practices (FWP), perceived organizational prestige (POP), perceived organizational support (POS), happiness at work (HAW), professional stability (PS), work option (WO) and compressed week (CW) are significant towards organizational attractiveness.
