Abstract

This study's main goals are to evaluate how green banking activities (GBA) affect bank environmental performance (BEP) and sources of green financing (SGF), in addition to how SGF affects BEP. It also determines the SGF's function as a mediator between the GBA and the BEP. Additionally, this study investigates the moderating effect of green knowledge sharing (GKS) on the link between the GBA and SGF as well as the moderating effects of individual green values (IGV) on the association between the SGF and BEP. The first step in the two-step data analysis procedure involved reviewing the measurement model to determine the accuracy and dependability of the measurements. While in second step the structural model used to observe the connections between the underlying variables. The empirical findings back up both the favorable and significant impacts of GBA on SGA as well as the SGA effect of BEP. This study, however, is unable to substantiate the effect of GBA on BEP. Additionally, this study discovered that SGF acted as a bridge between the GBA and the BEP. This study also supports the moderating effects of GKS and IGV on the relationships between GBA and SGA as well as between SGF and BEP.
