The Statistical Package for Social Sciences tool and Analysis of Moment Structures were used to analyse the gathered data. The findings revealed that a key component of achieving sustainable development is the analysis of hierarchical organisations. The five components of AI application areas of HR all support human asset competence and adaptability. The enhancement of safety and well-being were considered essential elements of the AI use in HR.
