Unveiling Job Performance Dynamics in Healthcare Workers: The Galatea Effect through Resilience, Mindfulness, and Goal Orientation

Abstract
This study examines the predictors of Galatea effects and how they interact with resilience, mindfulness, and goal orientation and investigates its long-term effects on job performance for health professionals. Structural Equation Modelling analysis was done using IBM SPSS (Ver 22) that finds substantial conceptual linkages, with positive self-fulfilling prophecy and emotional balance significantly predicting Galatea effects, which then influence mindfulness, goal orientation, and resilience. The findings shows that usefulness of resilience programs and the intricate linkages between psychological elements including resilience, mindfulness, and goal orientation, creating a tapestry of interwoven elements that influence job satisfaction, turnover rates, and general well-being. It provides valuable insights for improving the performance and well-being of health workers. This research uniquely emphasizes the importance of targeted resilience programs and the intricate interplay of psychological factors in improving the performance and well-being of health performance, paving the way for long term improvements in their professional lives.
