The Tri-Dimensional Benefits of Mindfulness at Work: Enhancing Productivity and Emotional Well-Being (a Case: Healthcare Network of Gachsaran)

Abstract
The present study aims to identify and categorize the consequences of mindfulness and model them in a structural way. The statistical population of the study consisted of 752 employees of the Gachsaran Healthcare Network. A systematic review method was used to identify the consequences of mindfulness, and equation structural modeling was used for modeling. The findings showed that the consequences of mindfulness include 3 dimensions, 9 components and 58 indicators. Additionally, in the modeling section, the components were categorized into three levels. At level one are occupational stability, generative attitude, improving performance and work productivity; at level two are forming constructive relationships, enhancing emotional intelligence, strengthening self-awareness and managing normative deviations; at level three are mental calmness and psychological improvement as well as enhancing psychological capital.
