Studying Executive Barriers on Rationalizing the Size of Iranian Government

Abstract

To rationalize the size of government, Act on adjusting a part of government’s financial rules is approved and the government is obliged to assign a part of its activities through (1) services by nonpublic sector, (2) partnership with nonpublic sector, and (3) assigning the management to nonpublic sector. There are many barriers in executing this law.
